The Diamond

The Diamond is an improvisational dance exercise created to fuel energy and generosity to attain an exhilarating performance.

The rules are simple: dance together in a diamond formation, keep up with the music, take the lead or follow and entertain the surrounding audience!

Actors have described it as a ritual of interchange that reveals their interdependence and vulnerability and the nature of humanness.  Song after song, the Diamond becomes a journey that unshackles our inhibitions, and resonates universally to promote compassion and moments of grace.
